After you contact us, our Intake Coordinator will send you the necessary paperwork.

Once we receive your completed paperwork, we will schedule an intake consultation.
During this meeting, we will review your child’s needs, discuss our services, verify insurance or funding information, and answer any questions you may have.

After the intake consultation and insurance authorization (if applicable), we will schedule a start date for services and introduce you to your assigned therapy team.
